What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key client-facing role—engaging warm leads, answering client questions, and guiding new customers through setup. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and confident speaking with clients, you’ll thrive here.
???? Engage warm leads
???? Follow up with leads before/after calls to maintain
? Answer basic client questions after they become customers
???? Walk new clients through their account setup: how to log in, upload images/docs, and integrate their social media and Google Business Profile into our system
???? Keep CRM clean by tagging leads, updating pipelines, and documenting conversations
???? Collaborate with the founder to improve onboarding systems and create a smooth client experience
???? Comfortable joining Zoom calls with clients for check-ins and walkthroughs
Who You Are:
???? Proactive & detail-oriented – You notice the small things and don’t wait to be told what to do
???? Common sense + curiosity – You think ahead and take initiative
???? Comfortable with tools like GSuite, CRM platforms, and screen-sharing
???? You want a long-term role and are excited to grow with a company
???? Tech-savvy is a plus – especially if you’ve worked with CRM tools, GoHighLevel, or
???? Friendly, confident communicator – you’re great with follow-up and building trust
Position Details:
???? 30 hours/week to start
? US Mountain Time preferred (flexibility around this can be discussed)
???? Opportunity to grow into a 40 hours/week full-time role if you’re exceptional
???? Pay depends on experience
???? This is not a cold calling role. All leads are warm and familiar with the brand.
