THE ROLE: FORCE MULTIPLIER FOR VISIONARIES
You'll be the operational backbone supporting our Visionary (Jennings) and Integrator (Jessica) - split 50/50. While they focus on growing our businesses, you'll own everything that keeps the engine running smoothly.
This isn't an assistant role. It's a BUSINESS PARTNER role.
YOUR MISSION:
Financial Leadership (You OWN This)

Master QuickBooks across 4 companies
Generate invoices that get paid
Track expenses like money matters (because it does)
Run payroll without drama
Create financial reports that actually drive decisions
Replace an entire finance department with your skills + AI

Executive Force Multiplication

Manage calendars like a chess grandmaster
Handle emails with the perfect blend of speed and strategy
Schedule meetings that actually move the needle
Coordinate across companies without dropping balls
Make administrative friction disappear
