We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s passionate about music, sharp with words, and excited to help our community. You'll be the human touch behind our support inbox—using our smart CRM tools (yes, with AI that makes your job easier) to answer questions, guide users, and help us build unforgettable customer experiences.

???? What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via email using our AI-assisted CRM (E-desk and shopify)
Handle simple requests quickly—shipping questions, order status, product info
Learn the ins and outs of our technical products (vinyl specs, pressing process, formats, etc.)
Collaborate with our production team to solve unique cases with empathy and precision
Spot patterns in feedback and help us improve
Represent the brand with clarity, kindness, and a bit of flair

You write clearly, quickly, and with a good tone
You’re fluent in English (another language is a plus!)
