About the Role
We’re looking for Outbound Sales Specialists who thrive on meaningful conversations, closing deals, and turning interest into results. This is a voice-driven sales role where you'll introduce our offerings to decision-makers, pitch the value of our services, and convert cold leads into warm, qualified prospects.

You're not just making calls—you're selling a vision, creating urgency, and driving growth from the very first contact.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage corporate decision-makers from warm/cold lead lists
- Deliver a compelling pitch that highlights how our services solve real business problems
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and qualify genuine interest
- Handle questions with confidence and communicate value clearly
- Send tailored follow-up messages or materials post-call
- Log interactions, outcomes, and lead status in internal trackers
- Achieve daily and weekly sales activity and conversion targets

Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English, confident tone, and professional delivery
- Natural ability to sell, persuade, and connect with business leaders
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales, or B2B lead generation
- Comfortable using scripts as a guide—not a crutch
- Reliable, self-driven, and eager to hit performance goals
- Available to work remotely within European business hours
