Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | U.S. Hours

PPA Buys Homes is a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in wholesaling, novations, seller financing, and subject-to deals. We are actively expanding and looking for experienced cold callers with a strong background in real estate to join our team.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring cold callers to reach out to homeowners, build rapport, and pre-qualify motivated sellers. You'll be using our auto-dialer system and proven scripts to identify quality leads and push them to our acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using our dialer system

Follow a proven script to qualify leads based on motivation, condition, timeline, and asking price

Accurately update and tag leads in our CRM

Schedule follow-ups or live transfers as needed

Maintain high daily call volumes and strong conversion rates

Requirements:

Must have previous experience in real estate cold calling (wholesaling or investor outreach)

Fluent spoken English with little to no accent

Familiarity with lead qualification and appointment setting

Reliable internet and quiet home workspace

Comfortable being paid only for active phone time

Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work U.S. business hours

Compensation:

$4/hour for actual call time

Pay increases every 6 months based on performance
