Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, including real estate agents, home buyers, and sellers, to introduce our services and offerings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our real estate and title services to communicate benefits to clients effectively.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on leads generated from calls.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and improve our services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and performance targets.
- Continuously improve cold calling techniques and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or title services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
