I own a podcast company and am building my brand on YouTube. I need an experienced podcast editor with a creative eye who can handle both long-form content and short-form viral clips. The goal is to output 2 hours of high-quality videos per week that are uniquely edited.
Skills include:

- The ability to turn podcast episodes into polished YouTube videos
- Edit highly engaging long-form podcast content WITHOUT having to over-edit
- Create compelling short-form reels and clips from podcast highlights
- Audio editing expertise for crystal-clear sound quality
- High-end editing knowledge with smooth transitions and engaging visuals
- Good with continuous feedback and revisions
- MUST have good computer specs for fast turnaround times

Bonus skills:

- Experience with podcast-specific editing (removing ums, dead air, etc.)
- Knowledge of what makes podcast clips go viral on social media
- Understanding of YouTube podcast format and best practices
