About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (part-time) to help grow a coaching and publishing business through consistent lead generation, content repurposing, and light marketing support.

This is a remote, part-time position (flexible hours, set your schedule) with a monthly pay of $120.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:

Repurpose blog content for multiple platforms

Upload blogs to the company website (WordPress or similar)

Create and schedule Pinterest pins weekly

Conduct lead generation on LinkedIn

Send 60 new connection requests daily

Send approved message sequences to new connections

Track responses and leads

Send weekly emails using AI-generated content (training provided)

Organize and schedule emails to warm leads

Light administrative and tracking tasks as needed

Requirements
???? Advanced English proficiency (written + spoken)

???? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in lead generation

???? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

???? Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools

???? Fast and reliable internet

???? Hungry to grow with a small team long-term

Bonus (but not required)
Experience using Canva or other design tools

Familiarity with Pinterest marketing

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
