Virtual Assistant for Booking Site- Social Media + Ads +Lead Gen (Immediate Start)

I'm looking for a reliable, skilled Virtual Assistant to help drive traffic and bookings to my direct booking website ---------- for a furnished rental property in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA.

This is a part time position, starting at 10-15 hours per week.
Hours may increase based on performance and business growth. We're looking for someone reliable who can grow with us.

Incentive:
You will receive a bonus for each confirmed booking that comes through our website as a result of your marketing work. This is a results-driven role, and bonuses will grow as the business grows.

You must have strong English writing and speaking skills. Clear and professional communication is important, as you'll be creating captions, responding to leads, and managing ad copy. Please do not apply if you are not confident in your English.
You must have experience running

Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and creating
daily social media content. Bonus if you know Airbnb, VRBO, or direct booking platforms.

This is a hands-on role focused on:
* Bringing immediate booking (Insurance stays, corporate housing, traveling professionals)
* Improving Google Ads performance (CTR, clicks, conversions)
* Managing and posting content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist, local groups)

Tasks:
* Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
* Improve existing Google Ads campaigns (add keywords, optimize ad copy, track conversions)
* Post daily to Facebook, Instagram, and relevant local Facebook groups
* Create content using Canva )reels, carousels, short promos)
* Engage with leads (respond to comments, DMs
* Post to Craigslist, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
*Help grow Google Business Profile visibility

Tools You should know:
* Meta Ads Manager
* google Ads Dashboard
* Canva
* ChatGPT or Grammarly ( for clean captions)
* Social scheduling tools ( e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite

Goal:
* Increase website traffic and bookings immediately
* Target midterm corporate & insurance stays
* Reach relocating families, travel nurses, and emergency housing needs

Rate:
$2-$8/ hour depending on experience
Initial trail: 1-2 weeks, then ongoing work if successful.
