Chief of Staff / Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts: post updates, send warm and cold outreach, and engage with leads.
Maintain the CRM: log interactions, keep data updated, and maintain pipeline hygiene.
Handle email inboxes, including drafting and replying on behalf of the founders.
Operate our internal platform to prepare, launch, and monitor deals, including supporting compliance workflows.
Execute data clean-up and analysis using Google Sheets or Excel.
Complete repeatable daily/weekly tasks accurately and proactively.
Ensure timely follow-ups and call scheduling with investors and stakeholders.
Support internal operations and administrative workflows as needed.

Ideal Fit

Near-native written English, with strong communication skills and discretion.
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced settings.
Comfortable operating with minimal oversight, managing sensitive tasks with professionalism.
Skilled in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, LinkedIn, and CRMs.
Capable of matching the tone and style of the founders in all communications.
Experience in startups and/or financial services, particularly Venture Capital, Private Equity, debt financing, Payment platforms, or fintech, is a strong advantage.
Previous exposure to fundraising platforms, banking, or tech marketplaces is a plus.

Working Hours
Full-time, aligned with US Eastern Time (9AM–5PM ET), with a break.
