You are a good fit if you…

-Have 2+ years experience in your chosen Amazon field
-Are confident that you are in the top 10% of the experts in your chosen Amazon field
-Set high expectations for yourself, and self-reflect on your shortcomings. You take pride and enjoyment in improving every day- you own your craft and are relentless in improving it.
-Can learn things quickly by yourself
-Are a process disruptor - someone who looks out for the best way to do things and will proactively take steps to make changes in the SOPs and workflows
-Are emotionally invested in becoming great at what you do and derive mastery and enjoyment out of your job.
-Can reframe challenges optimistically and realistically—you convert obstacles into actionable plans and energize those around you.
-Are intentional about using your time and can effectively and efficiently get stuff done
