AI Specialist – Chatbots, Lead Gen & Copywriting (Full-Time, Remote)

About the Role:

We’re a fast-growing AI business helping local and online companies save time and increase profits by installing AI systems that do the heavy lifting. We’re looking to bring on a skilled AI Specialist who can lead client builds, design chatbot flows, and generate powerful copy using tools like Claude AI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize Intercom chatbots for customer support and sales.
• Set up AI-driven lead generation systems for clients.
• Write clear, persuasive AI-powered copy (emails, landing pages, chatbot replies).
• Use Claude AI and similar tools to automate key business functions.
• Assist with prompt engineering and iterative improvements across client systems.

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience with AI tools and automation.
• Proficient in Claude AI, Intercom, and prompt engineering.
• Strong copywriting skills (direct response, email, chatbot).
• Experience building full AI systems for clients (from setup to delivery).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

Bonus (Not Required):
• Experience with Make, Zapier, Airtable, or Google Sheets automation.
• Familiarity with sales funnels and CRM systems.
• Background in agency or freelance client work.
