Main role and responsibilities: -
- Make contact with as many email leads as possible that have come through overnight from Frank Easy room Mate, Spare Room, Face book, Zoopla ect
- Enter inspections and viewings in to diary to ensure maximum efficiency of external appointments to reduce time wasting and travel time.
- Referencing chasing
- Let agreed and remarket Properties
- uploading all weekly fire checks on to LET MC
- Send out fire alarm test texts the day before to notify tenants of access
- Send out marketing texts.
- create and Send out and share in to groups marketing adverts on various marketing platforms such as facebook ect
- Enter maintenance deductions & Cleaning deductions on to LET MC
- Maintain clean, email inbox by ensuring all email lead and texts are contacted as soon as they come through
- Update general enquire spreadsheets
- Check all marketing and advertising platforms the all properties are advertised with right details.
- Provide any ad-hoc admin support as required by other members of the team.
