We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for our first Executive Assistant — someone techy, resourceful, and hungry to learn. If you’re tired of boring, slow-moving companies and want to work directly with a founder scaling an agency to the moon, keep reading.

This is a “black hat” role - you’ll handle whatever the founder can’t. You’ll be a problem solver, a systems builder, and a force multiplier.

???? What You’ll Do (Expect the Unexpected):
- Manage client onboarding (emails, forms, folders, chasing info)
- Post, edit, and refresh Facebook/IG ads
- Update and organize dashboards, trackers, and docs (Google Sheets/Drive)
- Coordinate calendars, Zoom links, Slack updates, and reminders
- Build and follow SOPs (and help write better ones as we grow)
- Do anything needed to free up the founder’s time (think: research, admin, “figure it out” tasks)

? What You Bring:
- Strong English (written & spoken)
- Quick learner, not afraid of new tech or tools
- Great at following SOPs, even better at building new ones if needed
- Experience with Google Drive, Sheets, Slack, Calendly, Loom, Meta Ads (even basic is fine)
- Detail-obsessed and thrive without micromanagement
- Experience in agencies, startups, or online businesses is a plus
