Blogger for legal web page

Write blogs for a law web site. The law firm handles criminal cases but primarily cases of drunk driving. The blog posts would contain information about what people should know about drunk driving laws, interesting things about alcohol related traffic offenses and interesting cases and information about criminal laws. I would like to start with one blog post every 10 days and may increase the frequency if they are of good quality. They would be submitted to me by email attachment in Word format.
