Evening & Weekend Customer Service (Cosmetic Industry)
We’re hiring a Customer Service Assistant to support a premium cosmetic clinic based in Australia. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential and current clients, handling Instagram DMs, comments, and enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.

???? Location: Remote – Philippines
???? Schedule (Sydney Time):
• Weekdays: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Industry: Aesthetics / Cosmetic Treatments
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to Instagram DMs, comments, and client messages in a timely and friendly manner
• Provide clear and accurate information on services, pricing, promos, and booking steps
• Escalate clinical or complex questions to the support or nursing team
• Use and maintain FAQ templates and quick replies
• Track and summarise common inquiries for reporting
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• Experience in customer service or client support roles
• Familiarity with Instagra
• Reliable internet connection and availability during the required hours
• Calm, professional, and customer-focused tone
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or clinic industry is a plus
