IT Systems & Integrations Manager

The IT Systems & Integrations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's IT
support ticketing system and managing the integration of various software applications and systems across
the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management principles, excellent
problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work with diverse teams and technologies. A critical
component of this role will be expertise in managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Application
Programming Interface (API) integrations, particularly with platforms like SPS Commerce and Celigo. While
potentially based internationally, this individual will focus on process, coordination, and ensuring seamless
data flow, rather than direct ownership of all root access credentials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage internal IT ticketing systems to resolve tech issues efficiently
• Lead integrations across platforms like ERP, CRM, E-commerce platforms, Marketing Automation, HRIS, shipping software, financial systems
• Work hands-on with Celigo, NetSuite and SPS Commerce
• Oversee and improve EDI/API data flows
• Collaborate with global teams to drive tech performance and automation

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years in IT support and systems integration
• Strong experience with EDI/API tools and ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Celigo, or similar platforms
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
