Contract Role: Personal Assistant for File & System Management
We are seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our Director across multiple businesses and personal projects.
You will be responsible for cleaning up and migrating digital files, maintaining structured OneDrive systems, and ensuring our digital assets stay organised across four different OneDrive accounts.

???? Location: Remote – Philippines
???? Duration: Short-term contract (with potential for extension)
???? Tools: OneDrive (Mac/Web), Google Drive, Mac OS
Key Responsibilities:
• Migrate documents from Google Drive to four separate OneDrive accounts
• Label, categorise, and organise documents with consistent naming conventions
• Set up & sync all OneDrive accounts on a Mac laptop under one profile
• Archive outdated/duplicate files correctly
• Create clear folder/library structures per account
• Build an easy-to-follow system for future uploads & file naming
• Propose the best system for OneDrive photo management for Flawless Aesthetics
• Prepare workflow guides, SOPs, or checklists for ongoing use
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of OneDrive (Mac & Web)
• Advanced file & folder organisation
• Systematic thinking and high attention to detail
• Confident in Google Drive to OneDrive migration
• Excellent English (for writing SOPs/workflows)
• Bonus: Experience with digital asset or photo library management
