Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will work closely with the VP for Finance and People Administration to ensure the accounting operations will run smoothly and financial reports are prepared on time. He/She will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the client’s organization, preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and implementing accounting principles.

Required Competencies:
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Oracle, Odoo, and Xero).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, payroll, compensation and benefits.
• Experience in working with the entertainment industry is a plus.
• Has exposure in Multinational Corporations (KPO, BPO industries).
• Has exposure in Singaporean based companies.
