JOB OVERVIEW

IMMEDIATE HIRING – Amazon / E-Commerce General VA (Full-Time)

Start ASAP (willing to start before year-end)
Salary: TBD, based on experience

We are looking for an experienced Amazon / E-Commerce General VA with at least 3 years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience.

You will support our Amazon Sales Manager and help manage daily operations across Amazon and other marketplaces.

This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who knows Amazon Seller Central inside out and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Catalog & Listing Management

Create, optimize, and maintain product listings

Keyword, competitor, and market research

Update titles, bullet points, backend keywords, images, pricing

Handle flat file uploads and fix listing issues

Create variations, merge reviews, resolve Buy Box issues

A+ Content & basic graphic work (preferred, not required)

2. Inventory & Shipment Management

Create and manage FBA shipments (US, EU, JP, AU, CA, MX)

Inventory forecasting, audits, and health monitoring

Track shipments and upload tracking numbers

Coordinate with factories and 3PLs

Resolve shipment and inventory issues

3. Seller Support & Case Management

Create, manage, and escalate Amazon cases

Resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and account issues

Draft Plans of Action and submit supporting documents

Monitor account health and remove hijackers

4. Other E-Commerce Tasks

Support Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Home Depot, Chewy

Assist with PPC promotions, deals, and coupons

Handle basic customer support (templated replies)

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Attend weekly/monthly meetings

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years Amazon VA experience

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, and international marketplaces

Experience with Shopify, eBay, Walmart, etc.

Familiar with tools like Helium10, JungleScout, DataDive, SoStocked

Knowledge of A9/A10, Amazon policies, and compliance

Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills

Able to work independently and document SOPs

Pet supplies experience is a plus (not required)

Technical Requirements

PC/Laptop (minimum 16GB RAM)

Stable internet (25 Mbps or higher, backup preferred)

Dual monitors (preferred)

Working mic and webcam for meetings
