Virtual Assistant for eBay Listing and Depop Cross-Listing

We are a growing eBay store,, specializing in vintage collectibles, toys, clothing, books, and physical media. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) from the Philippines to finalize eBay listing drafts and cross-list clothing items to Depop using FLYP. This role will save time for the owner to focus on sourcing, photographing, and inventory management, supporting our goal to scale to $1 million in annual sales.


Responsibilities

Finalize eBay Listing Drafts:

Access drafts in eBay Seller Hub created via “sell one like this” with photos and adjusted titles.

Verify and optimize titles (max 80 characters, include keywords like “Vintage,” “Rare,” correct sizes for clothing).

Use Template &Customize descriptions to highlight item condition, brand, size, and unique features (e.g., “Signed book” or “Original packaging”).

Fill in item specifics (e.g., size, color, material) and select appropriate categories.

Confirm photos are clear; crop or adjust using Canva if needed Remove Background

Set pricing based on eBay “Sold Listings” (within 5-10% of recent sales).

Configure shipping from standard template

Flag high-value items for owner review before publishing.

Cross-List Clothing to Depop via FLYP:

Use FLYP to import eBay listings and adjust for Depop (poshmark in near future):

Track and Report:

Log finalized eBay drafts and Depop cross-listings in Google Sheets (provided template).

Send daily email summaries .

Report issues (e.g., missing draft data, FLYP sync errors) within 4 hours.

Communication and Verification:

Verify identity via Instagram by providing a valid ID and selfie during onboarding.

Participate in weekly face-to-face discussions via Instagram video calls (initially, then as needed) to review progress, discuss feedback, and align on goals.

Requirements

Experience:

1+ years of experience with eBay listing creation and optimization.

Familiarity with Depop/poshmark and cross-listing tools (FLYP preferred, or Vendoo/List Perfectly).

Understanding of vintage collectibles, clothing, or media for accurate descriptions.

Skills:
Strong English writing skills for SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.

Proficiency with eBay Seller Hub, FLYP, Google Sheets, and Canva (optional).

Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and item specifics.

Basic photo editing skills (cropping, brightness adjustment) a plus.

Technical Requirements:
Reliable computer and internet connection (100 Mbps+ for video calls).

Active Instagram account for identity verification and weekly video discussions.

Availability:

10+ hours/week to start (flexible schedule, but must overlap 2-3 hours with US EST for communication).

Compensation

Rate: $3-5 /hour, based on experience.
