Hiring UI/UX Designer For My Web App - FAST!

Hello, I need to hire an experienced UI/UX designer FAST for my web app.

We have incredible developers, but what’s missing is someone that is skilled with UI that I can work closely with to make our web app look and function beautifully.

This will start as a one-time project for $500 to redesign a few pages of our app, and then if I like the work we will proceed to full-time work and you’ll have a TON of work to do, and a great salary.

I am looking for someone that is very experienced with figma as well as UI design. You will have pretty free rein to do what you want creatively, but I will direct you on things I want to see or redesign etc. We will work together closely as a team.

I would like someone that is familiar and uses some AI, but not someone that depends upon AI. I find that AI designs can be okay as a starting point but that’s about it. I’d rather someone skilled with figma who has a vision for making UI. And if you do use ai to make yourself more effective, that’s good too.

You must have very good English so we can communicate easily, and also so that I do not need to write all of the words on the pages, etc (although I probably will for a lot of it)

If selected, you’ll be given a lot of training and we will communicate all the time so you can do your job as best as possible.

I am hiring FAST- I will literally hire someone likely in the next 24-48 hours. If your application and our interview is what I like, I do not need to wait - I’d love to have someone hired by the end of the day today.

In your application please include example websites or web apps you’ve designed. Our company is a software company, that has lots of tables with leads, data dashboard, crm features, etc so the more examples you have like that, the better.

So make sure you include examples whether that’s pictures, or even better direct links to websites, software, apps, or web apps you’ve designed. I’m going to base a lot of my decision on these examples. If you do NOT have examples, I will automatically decline the application.
