Appointment Setter for Website Outreach

THE ROLE:
NonStop Marketing is seeking a part-time appointment setter to help us connect with local businesses that need a better online presence. You will be reaching out to businesses with poor or no websites and showing them a preview of a website we’ve already designed for them.

We use a unique strategy that gets attention. Instead of selling with words, you will show them a working version of what their website could look like. Your goal is to start a conversation and book a call.

We are open to any outreach method that works. You can call, email, DM, text, or use a mix of platforms. You must be consistent, confident, and results-driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and qualify small businesses that have outdated or no websites
- Reach out using phone calls, email, direct messages, or text
- Share the preview of their mock website and explain how we can help
- Follow up and book a call with our team
- Track conversations and status of each lead
- Collaborate with our team to improve results and messaging

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable speaking to business owners in the United States
- Experience with outreach, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a pipeline of leads
- Familiarity with Google Maps, GMB, Loom, and spreadsheets is helpful
- Bonus if you have knowledge of websites, small business marketing, and AI

INDUSTRIES WE TARGET:
- Auto services
- Contractors and local trades
- Health and wellness providers
- Restaurants and delivery businesses
- We are open to any additional industries so let us know if specialize in one

PAY STRUCTURE:
- Hourly rate: $4 to $5 USD
- Commission: Earn bonuses for every qualified lead that becomes a paying client
- We pay weekly

HOW TO APPLY:
