???? Real Estate Sales Acquisitions VA (Deal Closing + Follow Ups) – Full-Time

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking to hire a full-time Sales Acquisitions Rep to help grow our acquisitions team.
You will:

Build genuine connection with sellers
Follow up with warm leads (no pressure selling)
Summarize call notes using GPT tools
Lock up contracts once trust is built
This is a relationship-first role, not a script-only position. We’re looking for someone who can grow into a closer by learning our system and developing confidence over time.

Full-time: 8 AM – 5 PM EST (New York time)
Monday–Friday
Occasional off-hours follow-ups for motivated sellers
Weekly tea ---------- eting (Fridays, 9 AM EST)
Weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with leadership

???? Compensation:
Base Salary: $375/month (USD)
Performance Bonuses: Based on profit spreads from deals you help close

You'll start by speaking with lower-priority leads to build confidence — and level up from there.
