We’re looking for a high-level video editor with proven experience in editing long-form content for YouTube, reality TV, or streaming platforms. This is NOT your average editing gig. You’ll be working on a 10-episode show that blends drama, entertainment, challenges, and personality—think reality show meets YouTube banger.

? Must-Have Skills & Experience
• ???? Super Strong Retention Skills – You know how to hook viewers and keep them watching to the very end.
• ?? YouTube/TV Editing Experience – Bonus if you’ve worked on reality-style shows or engaging long-form content.
• ???? Pacing & Flow Mastery – You know when to speed it up, slow it down, and keep the rhythm addicting.
• ???? Storytelling & Engagement – You can make every moment matter and cut the fat.
• ???? Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc. – Be fluent in at least one pro-level editor.

???? Bonus (but not required):
• Motion graphics or text overlay experience
• Experience working with creators or influencer-style content
• Familiar with TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts punch-ins/pacing
