Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Good day! My name is Chelzee from Simply Earth.

We are in need of someone who can take care of our Influencer Marketing. The job covers reaching out with personalised emails to build close relationship with Influencers that can promote our products on their blog or social media channel. Influencers are our brand ambassadors as well once they agreed to be one.

You are required to search for people related to our niche and then to send out hundreds of emails weekly, answer inquiries from influencers you reached out to, negotiate, get them into our referral program and evaluate them after some time if we can still continue working with them.

Here are the qualifications.

Speak / write/ understand English well
Able to create email templates for your own use for the outreach
Comfortable having email exchange with lots of people and building relationship with them.
Able to adapt to new systems easily
Can work with little supervision
Able to work with other people (in a virtual team setting)
Willing to undergo training, know how to ask right questions to get the tasks done
Content marketing or influencer marketing experience is a plus.

Here’s what your day will look like:

Search new people to send email pitches to. We use Google, referrals and intellifuence.com.
Sent pitch emails to hundreds of people a week (We are looking into sending 500+ emails a week)
Record and update the influencer’s profile on outreach.io and Google sheets
Ship products for Influencers to review on their blogs or social media channels.
Check on them if they already posted the review
Record their posted links and endorse to social media team to share it on our social media outlets
Interact with the Influencers blogs and social media
Evaluate Influencers after some time if we can continue working with them
Monitor the referral program on refersion.com
Help manage the Ambassador’s Facebook Community
Meet and update Goals and metrics
