Moldman, a mold and water damage company, is looking for a virtual assistant with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (especially social media) and general administrative support. We're growing quickly and looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us—we see this role as just the beginning of a long-term partnership!
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week), contract position
- Compensation: $450-$500 monthly based on experience
- Work Schedule: Must work at least 4 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday sometime between 7am and 8pm
- EDT to focus on social media. Other tasks can be completed any day or time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build brand awareness on social media by networking and interacting with other accounts
- Draft and schedule content for social media and other platforms
- Reply to online messages and reviews in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain photo and video files
- Edit and proofread copy
- Other marketing & administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Experience & Skills
- Familiar with Google Business, LinkedIn, Google Drive, Canva, ChatGPT and Meta Suite (experience with Wix is a plus)
- A basic understanding of branding and SEO
- Prioritizes customer service and support (comfortable handling new leads and customers via phone is a plus)
- Social media savvy (experience with business pages/brands, and content creation is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong grammar and proofreading skills
- Comfortable organizing, editing and downloading digital files
- Ability to take charge of tasks and meet deadlines while working independently
