Hi! I’m Belinda, founder of Float Haven, and I’m looking for a smart, proactive Virtual Assistant to help us level up our B2B email marketing. If you’re experienced with email outreach, lead generation, and using tools like YAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge), I’d love to hear from you!

? Tasks you’ll be handling:
Set up professional Gmail accounts ---------- (Google Workspace)

Set up and integrate YAMM for mail merge campaigns

Gather & build B2B email lists (from website canvassing, LinkedIn, and other sources)

Load data into Google Sheets and format for YAMM

Send outreach emails in bulk using best practices to avoid spam issues

Monitor responses and flag warm leads for me to follow up personally

Lead Generation for emailing
(Optional) Suggest subject lines or content for better engagement

???? What you should have:
Experience with Google Workspace, YAMM, and bulk email outreach

Knowledge of email deliverability best practices

Good written English for professional emails

Bonus if you have experience with B2B lead generation or are familiar with CRM tools
10-15 hours a week
