Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Remote – Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time (10 hours/week with potential to grow to full time)
Compensation: starting at $3.10 USD per Hour, with quarterly increases in the first year. Annual increases thereafter. Opportunities for bonus earnings.

About the Role:
Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional who loves supporting impactful work? We’re hiring a remote Administrative Assistant to support a mission-driven entrepreneur who runs multiple programs — including a mental health practice, youth entrepreneurship initiatives, grant mentorship, and small business consulting.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to contribute to projects that uplift communities, support young people, and empower small business owners. You’ll help streamline day-to-day operations so leadership can focus on growth, strategy, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
•Manage email inboxes and calendars
•Draft and send business emails and client communications
•Track tasks, projects, and deadlines
•Organize digital files and folders
COMMUNICATIONS AND CONTENT
•Write and edit emails, newsletters, social media captions, and outreach messages
•Draft lead magnets (e.g., checklists, templates), capability statements, and grant materials
•Help transcribe or polish ideas from voice notes into professional documents
PROJECT AND EVENT COORDINATION
•Assist with workshop planning, youth events, and program launches
•Coordinate logistics for events (forms, vendor outreach, follow-up)
•Maintain project boards (Trello or similar)
GRANT PROGRAM AND CLIENT SUPPORT
•Send reminders and updates to program participants
•Organize shared resources and reporting data
•Provide light research and proofreading when needed

Ideal Candidate:
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
•Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc), Zoom, Canva, and basic project management tools
•Experience with HighLevel software or other CRM
•Experience or interest in entrepreneurship, mental health, youth development, or community-building work
•Bonus if you’ve supported a service-based business, nonprofit, or grant writer
