We are a family-owned wholesale tile business specializing in high-quality tiles, marble slabs, and flooring materials. We supply to contractors, designers, and homeowners working on new builds or remodels. We're now expanding our outreach to bring in more clients and build stronger connections in the construction and design industry.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales & Outreach Representative to generate leads and bring in new clients. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to:

Contractors

Home builders

Interior designers

Architects

Homeowners building or renovating

Your goal is to introduce our products and services, build relationships, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

Cold calling contractors, designers, and construction companies

Following up with leads and setting appointments

Managing a list of potential clients and tracking outreach

Communicating the benefits of our tile and marble products

Working with our internal team to close deals

Providing weekly reports on outreach and progress

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Previous experience in sales or outreach is a plus

Self-motivated and organized

Fluent in English

Reliable internet connection

Compensation:

$400/month base pay

PLUS generous commission for every successful sale or new client brought in
