Job Title: Remote Administrative Assistant / Online Sales Coordinator

Position Type: Part-time

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Assistant to support our daily administrative and online sales activities from any location. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing email communications and overseeing online product listings on platforms such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, is highly organized, and is comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Compose professional and effective email correspondence for various business needs.
Send emails to clients, vendors, and customers as directed.
Respond to incoming emails promptly, providing accurate information or escalating as needed.
Draft templates or automated replies for recurring email inquiries.
Create, post, and manage product listings on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or other relevant online sales platforms.
Edit and upload photographs, write product descriptions, and ensure listings are accurate and appealing.
Monitor and update the status of online listings, manage inventory, and respond to buyer inquiries.
Track and maintain records of posted items, sales, and correspondence in shared online systems.
Perform other remote administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or online sales (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient with Gmail, Outlook, or similar email platforms.
Familiarity with eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or similar online selling platforms.
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and using remote collaboration tools (such as Google Drive, Slack, or Zoom).
Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer setup suitable for remote work.
