Job Title: Remote Administrative Assistant / Online Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Assistant to support our daily administrative and online sales activities from any location. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing
Key Responsibilities:
Compose professional and effective
Send
Respond to incoming
Draft templates or automated replies for recurring
Create, post, and manage product listings on eBay,
Edit and upload photographs, write product descriptions, and ensure listings are accurate and appealing.
Monitor and update the status of online listings, manage inventory, and respond to buyer inquiries.
Track and maintain records of posted items, sales, and correspondence in shared online systems.
Perform other remote administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or online sales (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient with Gmail, Outlook, or similar
Familiarity with eBay,
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and using remote collaboration tools (such as Google Drive, Slack, or Zoom).
Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer setup suitable for remote work.
