Integrator / Head of Operations (Amazon, Full-Time, Remote)

We’re hiring an Integrator / Head of Operations to serve as the operational right hand to the founders of two fast-growing Amazon eCommerce private label brands. This role is about turning vision into execution — owning operations, managing a PH-based remote team, and ensuring that the company runs like a well-oiled machine.

Brand B – Sports & Outdoors | Compression Apparel & Supports

Together, the brands generate over $7M in annual revenue through Amazon FBA (US, CA, UK marketplaces). Our team is lean and high-performing, with 6 PH-based specialists across Creative, Customer Success, Data, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

We're system-driven, data-led, and growing fast — with our sights set on breaking the $10M mark in the next 12 months. Now we need the operational leadership to get us there, and beyond.

** The Role **

You’ll report directly to the founders and act as the key link between high-level strategy and execution. Your role is to ensure strategic goals are broken down, assigned, tracked, and delivered — with accountability and operational discipline baked into every step.

You’ll also own the operational backbone of the business: SOP library management, team rhythms, performance tracking, and task execution across stakeholders.

** Responsibilities **

– Own execution of strategic initiatives from the founders
– Manage day-to-day team operations, including 1:1s and weekly check-ins
– Lead project updates and ensure team deliverables stay on track
– Create, maintain, and enforce SOPs and operational workflows
– Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
– Maintain internal documentation and tooling
– Monitor KPIs, flag issues early, and ensure timely resolution
– Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable to timelines and expectations
– Act as the founders' go-to on all things execution and team performance

** Experience Requirements **

– 3+ years in operations, project management, or team leadership
– Experience managing remote PH-based teams
– Familiarity with Amazon FBA
– Proven experience building or maintaining SOPs and systems
– Experience with EOS/Traction, OKRs, or similar execution frameworks
– Tools: ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, Loom (or equivalents)

** Role Details **

– Full Time (40+ hrs/week)
– Remote, based in the Philippines (rest of team is PH-based)
– Competitive salary: USD 2,100–3,000/month (PHP 120,000—170,000/month), DOE
– Paid bi-weekly
– Up to $300/month in benefits
