JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled API Integration Specialist with experience working with GoHighLevel and ideally Glofox, to help us automate workflows, sync user data, and improve the way we engage with members via email and SMS. You’ll work directly with our leadership and marketing team to design, implement, and maintain integrations that enhance our customer lifecycle and backend efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop API integrations between Glofox and GoHighLevel to sync user data (e.g., member status, check-ins, trial sign-ups).
• Map and define user characteristics from Glofox to automate segments and trigger workflows in GoHighLevel.
• Create and manage webhooks, middleware, or low-code/no-code tools (e.g., ---------- , Zapier) to streamline processes if needed.
• Set up automated email/SMS flows in GHL based on member behavior or attributes.
• Ensure data integrity and monitor performance of all automations.
• Document processes, data flow, and APIs for internal use.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel, including custom triggers, automation workflows, and contact segmentation.
• Familiarity with Glofox API or similar gym/fitness software integrations.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, ---------- , or custom middleware solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug integration issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills — able to collaborate with marketing, tech, and leadership teams.

Nice to Have:
• Basic front-end/backend development experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Experience working with fitness businesses, CRMs, or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL or database querying for reporting purposes.
