Brand Manager - Multi-Company Portfolio
Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to oversee and coordinate social media presence, digital marketing, and brand assets across our diverse portfolio of companies, including mental health services, community organizations, restaurants, musicians, and disability service providers. This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on coordination of AI-powered social media agents and traditional marketing assets. We provide comprehensive training on AI oversight and management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & AI Management (40%)

Oversee and quality-control AI social media agents across multiple company accounts (comprehensive training provided)
Review, approve, and optimize AI-generated content for brand consistency and engagement
Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure 48-hour turnaround on all brand asset requests
Coordinate cross-platform content strategies with clear priorities:


Facebook
(primary focus)
LinkedIn (secondary focus)
TikTok (tertiary focus)
Other platforms as needed



Digital Marketing & Advertising (25%)

Manage Facebook Ads campaigns across portfolio companies (PRIMARY PRIORITY)
Oversee LinkedIn advertising strategies (SECONDARY PRIORITY)
Develop TikTok advertising campaigns (TERTIARY PRIORITY)
Track ROI and optimize ad spend for maximum impact
Coordinate with service teams to promote programs and recruit participants
Develop targeted campaigns for different audiences (clients, referral sources, job seekers)

Brand Asset Creation & Management (20%)
Priority order for asset creation:

Website graphic updates and maintenance
Print materials (brochures, portfolios, notebooks)
Social media visual assets


Maintain brand consistency using established style guides
Produce assets using Canva and similar tools
Coordinate logo usage and color management
Ensure all materials meet compliance standards

Website & Digital Presence (15%)

Quality control for the organization's website network
Coordinate with web developers for updates and improvements
Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints
Monitor website analytics and user experience
Implement SEO best practices across properties

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager (required)
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (preferred)
TikTok Ads experience (bonus)
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Familiarity with AI content generation tools (training provided)
Basic video editing skills for social media reels
Experience with print production and vendor management

Professional Experience:

3-5 years of brand management or digital marketing experience
Proven track record managing multiple brands simultaneously
Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or social services marketing (preferred)
Portfolio demonstrating successful multi-channel campaigns
Experience managing external vendors and agencies

Core Competencies:

Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong project management capabilities with consistent 48-hour turnaround
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cultural sensitivity and ability to create inclusive content
Understanding of privacy regulations and compliance requirements

Maintain 48-hour turnaround on all brand asset requests
Achieve 25% increase in social media engagement across portfolio
Reduce Facebook advertising cost per acquisition by 20%
Successfully implement LinkedIn advertising strategy
Launch TikTok presence for appropriate brands
Maintain 95% brand consistency score across all materials
Successfully onboard and optimize 3-5 AI social media agents
