About Vertical Motion
Vertical Motion is a community and coaching program dedicated to helping good people become great leaders. We are a passionate team that values data-driven decisions, creative thinking, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our marketing team and take our paid social advertising to the next level.
The Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Meta Ads Manager to develop, execute, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
This is a remote role based in the Philippines. While we support flexible scheduling, we require at least 2 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) to allow for check-ins, performance reviews, and ad optimization adjustments.
You don't need to be an expert in our specific niche from day one. We are committed to your success and will provide a comprehensive 4-week ad training program (required) to get you fully acquainted with our brand, strategies, systems, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, from campaign setup and audience targeting to ad creation and budget management.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to improve results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Perform regular A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to identify top performers.
• Track and analyze essential advertising metrics, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Cost Per Click (CPC).
• Prepare and present clear, concise performance reports to the marketing team on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm and request new ad assets.
• Stay current with the latest Meta Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains competitive.
Qualifications & Skills
Our team culture requires direct, honest, proactive communication and full transparency. We also require early reporting of problems or performance issues. If you're unsure about something, we want you to ask—right away. If you don’t know how to do something, we want you to tell us right away so we can help you learn it. Honesty, under all circumstances, is non-negotiable in this role.
If you miss a deadline, forget a task, don’t understand a request, or make a mistake, we expect you to say so immediately. It’s never a problem to be human. But it becomes a serious problem if you try to hide it, delay telling us, or say something untrue to protect yourself or avoid embarrassment. We’d much rather hear bad news early and fix it together, than find out later that we were misled. That trust is the foundation of everything.
Required:
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential, especially for reporting results, flagging issues, and collaborating with tea
• 1+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing ad campaigns within the Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager platform.
• A strong, foundational understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital advertising and the ability to explain what they mean for the business.
• Experience with setting up audiences and retargeting campaigns.
• Proven ability to track campaign results and use data to inform decisions.
• Comfort working with shared dashboards, naming conventions, and structured performance documentation. We’ll provide SOPs and expect consistent adherence.
• Familiarity with the Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your role.
• Comfort receiving and giving feedback, asking clarifying questions, and taking ownership of your numbers and results.
• Experience managing a $15,000 per month (minimum) ad budget.
Preferred (but not required):
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience with other paid advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
What We Offer
• A comprehensive 4-week ads training program designed to set you up for success.
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
• A supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Opportunities for professional growth.
• We pay every 2 weeks via Wise, on-time and in full.
How to Apply
If you are passionate about digital advertising and eager to grow your skills with a supportive team, we encourage you to apply!
Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and a short video (approximately 2 minutes in length) introducing yourself and outlining your experience with Meta Ads, letting us know why you would be a great fit for this job opportunity.
NOTE: Only applicants who submit a video introduction will be considered for the role. Thank you!
