Credit Consultation Specialist

We are seeking a confident and experienced Credit Consultation Specialist to follow up with warm leads who have shown interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be conducting consultation calls, assessing credit reports, discussing financial goals, and converting these leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Call back inbound leads promptly and professionally

Conduct thorough credit consultations via phone or Zoom

Analyze credit reports and identify areas for improvement

Educate leads on credit repair, building, and funding options

Recommend tailored solutions based on each lead’s credit profile and goals

Close sales and convert leads into paying clients

Track call outcomes and maintain CRM notes and updates


Qualifications:

Strong understanding of credit repair, credit laws (FCRA), and credit report analysis

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or credit consulting

Ability to confidently communicate and build rapport with clients

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of closing deals

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Comfortable working remotely and managing a call schedule


Preferred:

Experience working with credit repair software (MyFreeScoreNow)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
