Full-Time Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant – Long-Term Role (Work-from-Home)

We are hiring a Full-Time Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant to join our team at Nordique Global Trade. You will be responsible for sourcing wholesale suppliers, obtaining price lists, and analyzing products (ASINs) for profitability on Amazon.

This is not a short-term freelance gig — we’re looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term role within a fast-growing Amazon business. You will work directly with the business owner and play a key part in building out our supplier network and product catalog.

???? Responsibilities:
-Research and identify wholesale suppliers
-Contact suppliers professionally by email or phone
-Request and organize product catalogs or price lists
-Analyze ASINs using tools like Keepa, SAS, or Helium 10
-Track and organize supplier responses
-Communicate progress daily and maintain task tracking
-Help build and improve internal SOPs and sourcing systems
