Web UI/UX Designer & Figma Expert (Graphic & Advertising Design Focus) 2025

We're currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web UI/UX Designer with strong Figma skills and a background in graphic design for an upcoming project.

What You’ll Do:

- Design user-friendly, responsive website layouts in Figma
- Collaborate with our developers to ensure a smooth handoff and execution
- Create custom graphics and visual assets that align with client branding
- Design ad creative for social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing
- Work across a range of design needs including landing pages, digital ads, and brand visuals
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality visuals that perform

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience creating engaging designs for social media and digital advertising
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphic, and ad design work
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), and consistently responsive during working hours
- Available to work from 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM ET / 7:00 AM ? 4:00 PM CT / 9:00 PM ? 6:00 AM PHT (next day)
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take feedback constructively

Bonus Points For:

- Experience designing for WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with brand identity development
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS to better communicate with developers
