Virtual Assistant for AI-Powered Content Editing/ Creation and Marketing and Course Launch

Full-Time (if only available for part-time please feel free to apply too) | Remote | Starting Immediately
We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us launch and scale a fast-growing online business teaching financial literacy to families and kids. This is a startup position with massive potential to grow into a long-term, full-time role with a mission-driven brand.

About the Role
You’ll work directly with our founder to help build engaging educational content, edit video, automate systems using AI, and manage the digital marketing that powers our programs. We’ve already filmed high-energy lessons with kids and need your help bringing it to life!

What You'll Be Doing:
*Video editing: Edit short and long-form lessons featuring kids and parents (adding music, visuals, captions, etc.)

*Funnel & landing page creation: Design ---------- pages, lead capture funnels, and product pages

*Social media content: Create branded visuals, reels, carousels, and posts for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

*Ad creation: Design Facebook/Instagram ads, write ad copy, and suggest creative ideas


*Email marketing: Set up automated email flows and write engaging email content using AI tools


*Process documentation: Record and document workflows as we build scalable systems



Bonus if You Have Experience With:

Descript, CapCut, Canva, or other video-editing tools


ChatGPT, Zapier, ---------- (Integromat), or other automation tools


Creating or managing digital products or online courses

AI tools: Help build and test AI agents (like ChatGPT-based assistants) for our internal use and course content

What We’re Looking For
You’re a fast learner and figure things out on your own


You’re reliable and deliver work on time without needing constant reminders


You love tech and creativity, especially when it helps people learn and grow


You’re excited to grow with a mission-driven brand and build something meaningful


You’re available 40 hours per week ideally (but if you can only do part-time don't hesitate to apply if you're a great fit we can make it work!)

Pay
Starting hourly or monthly rate based on experience
