Virtual Assistant for Digital Product Business (Etsy + Canva + AI)

About the Role:
I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me grow a digital product business using Etsy, Canva, and ChatGPT/AI tools. You’ll assist with product creation, listing management, light graphic design, and basic research — with clear systems and templates to guide you.

Your Responsibilities:
Format AI-generated content into Canva eBooks and templates
Duplicate and customize Canva designs using brand guidelines
Upload and optimize Etsy product listings (titles, tags, descriptions)
Research keywords, trends, and bestselling digital products
Create product mockups and listing images using Canva
Track sales and manage product databases (Google Sheets or Notion)
Handle basic customer support and order inquiries
Support light marketing tasks (Pinterest pins, simple emails, etc.)

You’re a Fit If You:
Have experience with Canva and/or graphic templates
Understand (or can quickly learn) Etsy and digital product SEO
Are familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT (or eager to learn!)
Are organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Communicate clearly and hit deadlines without constant follow-up
Bonus: Familiar with Pinterest, Gumroad, or digital product selling
