Social media expert/ customer service

We run an online store that sells football (soccer) jerseys, including retro kits and current club/national team jerseys. We’re looking for a virtual assistant who is very familiar with the world of football (teams, players, tournaments) and also comfortable using Shopify to help with daily tasks.

What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer messages on Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
• Handle order issues (e.g. tracking updates, shipping questions, general support)
• Upload new jerseys to our Shopify store (photos, pricing, descriptions, product tags)
• Post regularly on Instagram and TikTok (reels, photos, captions, hashtags)
• Repost customer content, reply to comments, and keep social media active
• Stay updated with football trends (e.g. popular players, transfers, new kits)

Requirements:
• Must have good written English
• Must be very familiar with football (players, teams, tournaments – especially current ones)
• Experience with Shopify is a must (product uploads, order management, etc.)
• Experience posting on Instagram and TikTok (especially Reels and Stories)
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently
• Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
