Experienced Phone Sales & Dispatch VA

We're looking for a proactive, confident, and organized Phone Sales & Dispatch VA to handle inbound and outbound calls, book jobs, and keep our junk removal truck running smoothly. Work directly with the founder of a fast-growing junk removal company!

Must Have!
-Fluent in English with American or neutral accent (not A1/A2)
-Professional work station with webcam, headphones, and backup power
-Stable internet (25mbps+)
-Currently based in the Philippines
-2Y+ in direct customer service role

Nice to Haves:
-Experience in phone sales, cold calling, or booking appointments
-Familiarity with CRMs or dispatch tools
-Ability to work independently, follow playbooks, and stay organized
-Calm under pressure, even with difficult customers

Core Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked jobs
-Return missed calls, voicemails, texts, and follow-ups quickly
-Make outbound calls to leads, past customers, and cold prospects
-Book jobs using our CRM (Autopilot – we’ll train you)
-Dispatch and coordinate our daily route (one truck for now)
-Text and email customers with updates, confirmations, and reminders
-Log all communication and activity accurately

Expectations
-Schedule: Full-time - 8:00am to 4:00pm EST (US Day Shift)
-Start Date = ASAP
-No side gigs
-Able to be coached
-Must be hungry to grow with a small but fast-moving team
