The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. You’ll be managing the daily schedules of busy property photographers, liaising with estate agents and homeowners in the UK to coordinate efficient and timely appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Contact UK-based clients and estate agents via phone and email to arrange and confirm property photography appointments

Coordinate and manage the calendars of multiple photographers, ensuring optimal daily routing

Handle last-minute changes or cancellations quickly and professionally

Juggle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining clear communication

Maintain accurate appointment records and keep the wider team informed

Requirements
? Must be located in Metro Manila or Cebu City (Visayas Region) – applications from other locations will not be considered
? Must own and use a Mac computer – please do not apply if you use Windows or any other operating system
? Fluent in both spoken and written English with a clear, confident British accent
? Preferably experience in scheduling, logistics, or coordination—ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing role
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
? Comfortable working in a remote team environment using MacOS
? Stable internet connection — minimum 50 Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload, via wired fibre connection (no mobile data)
