Virtual Assistant and Social Media manager (long term relationship)

This is for a long term (part time) position.
We are not looking for someone just for a few months, but for several years with possibility to increase hours to a full tume and rate based upon work performance.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive - Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager - to help us with two main areas:

* Creating and managing engaging content for our social media platforms.
* Managing and organizing our email inbox.

This is a small but impactful role, perfect for someone organized, creative, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities for the role is divided into two main areas:

Part 1 – Social Media Management
- Help create and schedule posts for both organizations.
- Manage our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business).
- Write captions, create visuals (using Canva or similar tools), and ensure posts align with our mission and tone.
- Engage with comments and messages as needed.

Part 2 – Email Management
- Monitor and organize email inboxes for both organizations.
- Respond to simple inquiries (with guidance and templates provided).
- Flag and organize important emails for review.
- Keep inboxes clean and easy to navigate.
- Follow-up with email tasks in CRM Hubspot

We are looking for someone who:
- Has no fear of asking questions (even the “stupid” ones!) to fully understand tasks.
- Has strong written communication skills in English.
- Has basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Is comfortable using tools like Canva, email platforms (Gmail), video subtittle.
