Product & Market Research Specialist Full-Time | Long-Term | Remote (PH Night Shift)

We’re looking for a smart, curious, and detail-oriented person to join our remote team. If you enjoy researching, analyzing products, and uncovering new opportunities, this job might be a great fit.

You’ll work closely with our founder (a 7-figure eCommerce operator) to explore new product ideas, study competitors, and help us grow smarter. This is not a “find winning products on TikTok” type of role. We’re focused on real strategy, long-term thinking, and data-driven decisions.

If you’re analytical, self-motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll guide you through the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Researching products, markets, and competitors online
• Analyzing pricing, reviews, suppliers, SEO trends, and performance data
• Collecting and organizing research in Google Sheets and Notion
• Creating simple weekly reports and summaries for our team
• Helping us d ---------- what products to launch or avoid
• Spotting useful patterns and turning them into clear recommendations

Work Schedule
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• This is a night shift in Philippine time

Salary and Benefits
• $600 to $1200 USD per month, depending on experience plus bonuses
• Paid twice per month via Wise

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Confident using Google Sheets, online research tools, and documentation platforms like Notion
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Independent, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions
• Comfortable working with data and spotting trends
• Willing to learn and improve over time

Bonus if you have experience with
• Shopify
• Market research or supplier sourcing
• Tools like Ahrefs, Semrush
• Working remotely with U.S. based teams
