Full-Time eCommerce VA – Shopify, Funnels, Design, Creatives, Blogs, CRO, Customer Support

Intro:
We’re looking for a proactive, full-time Virtual Assistant to help run and grow our eCommerce brand in the health/wellness space. This is NOT a data-entry role — you’ll be managing product pages, building funnels, optimizing ads and emails, publishing AI blogs daily, and improving conversion rates.

Responsibilities:
-Shopify: manage product listings, discounts, upsells, customer orders
-Funnels: build pages using Funnelish, PageFly, ClickFunnels
-Content: write & publish 1 AI blog per day (ChatGPT + basic editing)
-Design: Canva/CapCut or similar Photoshop or Illustrator creatives for Meta/TikTok ads, Amazon images and videos with voiceovers
-Email: Klaviyo flows, newsletters, abandoned cart sequences
-CRO: A/B test landing pages, update copy/layout based on performance
-Customer Support: reply to customer inquiries, manage returns, social comments and dms
-Amazon/TikTok: optimize listings, thumbnails, and reviews (bonus)
