**** Landing Page Designer Wanted! - Banner Ads & Landing Pages*** Must have experience with Landing Pages! - Contact right away!!

We are looking for an experience designer (5 years +) to do banner ads and landing pages for us. You will also do other design work in a limited capacity e.g. some print work.
This job will require evening hours so you can overlap hours with the US team. The Hours: 5 PM - 2 AM Manila time.

For banners:
You should know how to make animated banners (.gif)
You should know the restrictions by Google
You should understand the basics of design for Ads

Bonus: VIDEO development a plus!
Bonus: Flash development a plus!

Double Bonus!: If you are an expert using Unbounce.com

For Landing pages:
You should know the basics of landing page design
You should know what a CTA is.
You should understand color theory for Landing Pages (what colors mean what)

Please provide us examples of banners and landing pages that you have done.

You must have:
good internet
skype account (free)
headset to talk
dropbox account (free)
work for us min 8-10 hours a day 5 days/week
Good communication. Good English!
Have a desire to deliever on time.

Hours:
5 PM - 2 AM Manila time.

Pament:
Xoom for payment twice a month.
We may ask for you to use our tracking software for performance monitoring on your computer.

Probation Period:
All new hires are on 60 day probation period.
There is a salary increase after 30 days!
