100 Orphanages is a growing nonprofit on a mission to sponsor 100 orphanages around the world. We currently support homes in the Philippines and Nepal—with Peru soon to follow—and we believe in the power of digital storytelling to amplify our mission and reach more communities in need.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to help us bring our mission to life online. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, keeps up with the latest social media trends, and is excited to be a key voice in sharing our story.

This position has room to grow as the charity expands, offering the opportunity to take on more responsibility and hours over time.

What You’ll Do:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Collaborate with our Director to develop content ideas that reflect current trends and best practices

Draft and publish short blog posts aligned with our mission and current initiatives

Assist with basic website updates (WordPress experience a plus)

Monitor social performance, suggest optimizations, and implement new tools or strategies

Ensure messaging remains consistent with our brand, mission, and tone

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content

Strong writing and communication skills

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)

Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)

A self-starter with creative ideas and a collaborative spirit

Passion for nonprofits, social impact, or global humanitarian work

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with WordPress or basic website editing is a plus

Compensation:
This is a part-time remote position at $4/hour, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week depending on workload and campaign cycles.
