Load Finder for Cargo Van/Box Truck – Contract Sourcing & Shipper Outreach

We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented specialist to find daily load opportunities for our freight brokerage and cargo van/box truck operations.

Responsibilities:
• Check and monitor platforms daily (GoShare, GoUspack, Roadie, Frayt, Pickup, Bungii, Amazon Flex, Dispatch, Veho, etc.)
• Identify real shipper postings that fit our equipment (cargo vans, box trucks)
• Confidently reach out and convince shippers we are the best partner for their load
• Track, organize, and report opportunities consistently

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong online research skills with consistency and accuracy
• Ability to communicate persuasively and close opportunities with shippers
• High attention to detail — no missed loads, no wasted time
• Serious, self-motivated, and dependable
