Position Overview:
We’re hiring a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Developer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping content, editing video reels, and helping us reach and convert our ideal audience on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

This role is perfect for someone who understands trends, algorithms, and branding and who can turn simple ideas into dynamic content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Edit videos for reels, ads, YouTube shorts, and longer-form content

Work with our internal team to understand brand voice, goals, and messaging

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost engagement and grow followers

Optimize posts and videos for reach, SEO, and conversions

Stay up to date on current trends and platform changes

Analyze performance metrics and report insights

Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses

Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, promotional content, etc.)

Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.

Excellent written and visual communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strategic thinker who understands both creativity and conversions

Bonus: experience with paid ads and boosting content
